Coach Recruiting Interview

What advice do you have for players interested in Division III schools?

Narrow down your search for a school by distance from home, your major, size of school, student to teacher ratio, size of team roster and how many players are at your position.

What is the best way for players to get on your recruiting radar?

Email us!

What type of players do you look for and where?

I look for hard working, athletic blue color players who like to work their tails off but have fun doing it. To me winning is fun!

What areas of player development would you recommend players focus on to elevate their game?

Simple... Be able to use both hands smoothly whiling also being able to see the game well.

How has the accelerated recruiting landscape impacted your approach to recruiting?

It has sped up our recruiting process but has also allowed for players to fall through the cracks in the recruiting world.

Are there any last pieces of advice for players and families you'd like to share?

There are schools all over the country that you may not have heard of, look into these schools! Ask the hard questions when visiting a school as well. Some schools may sugar coat things.
