All Lax LLC provides lacrosse programs that are designed to teach all skill levels the proper techniques and mechanics to increase their talent and to help them perform at an elite level. The primary goal of All Lax is to help each athlete understand that there is more to becoming an elite lacrosse player than just practicing lacrosse. Each program has been designed to incorporate lacrosse skill work, strength and conditioning sessions, and nutrition talks to ensure that all athletes that come to each program will leave with a better insight on how to truly maximize their potential. With the background of the directors, both Division I lacrosse players, fitness professionals, and All Americans in their own right they possess the knowledge and skill to pass along to the upcoming generations.
