We only have one elite team per age group… no “B” or “C” level teams. We believe that keeping our club small ensures that no player falls through the cracks or gets lost in the shuffle. Fewer teams also ensures that we can hire top quality coaches, and don’t have to resort to “dad” or “mom” coaches to fill our coaching needs. We’re run by women and coached by women…all of our coaches are strong and athletic, who have played or are currently playing the game, most at the Division 1 level. We strive to be the best of role models for our players…we don’t underestimate the impact we have on our girls.
