I started playing lacrosse at age 7. I am comfortable with playing both sides of the eight (left and right) on defense and play best along the crease. I am exceptionally good at man on man defense and slowing a fast break. I play on Old Mill's Varsity soccer team as goal keeper, varsity lacrosse team and am captain of Old Mill's Varsity Unified Bowling team. In school I am ranked 11 out of 625 students in my class with a 4.88 GPA. I have taken AP U.S. History and AP U.S. Government. I am in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program and am striving to become an Environmental Lawyer. I play the violin for Old Mill's string orchestra and have played with the All County Senior Orchestra for four years. I have received superior scores for my violin solos at All county Solo and Ensemble as well as All State Solo and Ensemble. I am a member of the National Honors Society, National Society of High School Scholars, Tri-M Music Honors Society, Science National Honors Society, Art National Honors Society, Math National Honors Society and am Vice President of Chinese Honors Society. I volunteer in my free time for my church Glen Burnie United Methodist Church, feeding the local homeless, as photographer for the Civil Air Patrol, and as goalie coach for my younger sisters soccer team and assistant coach for her lacrosse team.
