Abbey’s coachability and eagerness to improve and learn is what stands out to me during training sessions. She asks all the right questions, consistently shows up no matter the time of day, and quickly grasps concepts that require high lacrosse IQ. A joy to coach, Abbey is bound for success.

After coaching Abbey a few short months, she continues to grow with each practice or training session. She learns as she plays, applying new skills and critiques to elevate her play. She brings a nose-to-goal aspect to our team which we need and value!
