Recruit Profile
Coachable, team player, who is a fierce competitor. Strong Lax IQ- multi-sport athlete, fast reactor, aggressive, strong right and left hand.

I started playing lacrosse when I was in first grade. For the past 10 years I have played midfield and learned to also play attack the last three years. I love playing both positions and I am very strong at taking draw controls. I am also very comfortable and confident when cutting and sprinting up the field. Previously, I cheered competitively for eight years, but then stopped because of an injury. During my injury, I watched lacrosse from the sideline or armchair and learned many new skills. I have increased my lacrosse IQ, focused on dodging to goal, and learned new techniques for the draw.

During my cheerleading years, I learned to be confident with everything I do, how to handle pressure, always giving more than 100% and constantly working hard everyday. Even though I could not continue cheerleading, I did not let that stop me! I worked hard during my recovery period and I am now a Varsity member of the lacrosse team and was a starting player on the JV Field Hockey team at Hunterdon Central.

Not only do I focus on sports, but I also work very hard in the classroom. During my freshman and sophomore years, I made the Honor Roll and have a 3.7 GPA. Making the Honor Roll is very important to me and I always strive to get all A's. Outside of school and sports, I also volunteer regularly at the United Way and our youth lacrosse organization. I recently sorted supplies and packed and distributed backpacks for kids to have for the upcoming school year. I loved seeing their smiling faces as they walked away with their new stuff! I am also a volunteer coach for our girls youth lacrosse program. I enjoy working with younger athletes and teaching them the love of the game. I have always loved the sport of lacrosse and hope to play in college. I work hard both on and off the field and helping others, especially children, is close to my heart.
