I am interested in pursuing a career in physical education. I have always had a passion for physical activity and my overall health. I feel that educating and empowering youth through sports is so important. My dream has always been to continue playing lacrosse while working towards my major. Being a part of a team atmosphere is very important to me as it has given me pride and ambition to pursue my personal goals. It has given me the power of sportsmanship and helped motivate me to push myself mentally and physically and build confidence as an individual. These are all traits I hope to someday have the privilege to share as an educator.
I have been playing lacrosse since I was 7 years old. I am a confident player and love everything about the game. I was a Sophomore and Junior Varsity Starter. During my very first varsity game on 4/19/21 I assisted in a varsity team win against a state ranked number 9 rival with 4 assists and 1 goal. My junior year, I was selected as 2022 All Skyland Second Team Honoree.
