Alex is everything a coach could ask for in a player. A player that garners the respect and admiration of his coaches and teammates alike. He asks questions, stays after practice to work and holds his teammates accountable. Alex is an explosive player who’s athleticism makes him a lock down defender and a threat in transition. Alex possess quick feet, strong upper and lower body strength and excellent change of direction. Alex was named captain and All-EBAL his junior season and was voted by his teammates for the “blue collar award” (given to the hardest working teammate) in his sophomore and junior seasons. His competitive nature and demeanor make him a tremendous asset and addition to any team.

Alex is a high motor player who creates a lot of chaos between the lines and is creative with the ball in his stick. He is a ferocious on ball player and fearless in his approach regardless of assignment. Alex is also someone who can impact the game on either side of the field and is the type of LSM you can be comfortable with taking an offensive shift. From a character standpoint, Alex is very coach-able and endearing to his teammates as the result of his style and play and attitude on the field. He's a good locker room guy and the type of player defensive coaches like to have in their unit due to hyper competitive nature.
