Alex is focused, coachable, and a hard worker. Whether training in our small groups or with her team, she always leads by example. She has gained a ton of strength over the last few years working with myself and my staff and is one of our favorite athletes to coach!

Alex is a playmaker and strong finisher in the 8 m, especially around the crease and elbow. She is fast in both the open field and dodging players. Alex is aggressive on the ride, often creating turnovers. She plays with grit and has a strong lacrosse IQ.
