Recruit Profile
Obsessively competitive about team success and driven to reach my ability, relentless work ethic, great decision maker, very aggressive, great vision, high energy, and passionate leader.

I have been playing lacrosse since 3rd grade. Since then, I've played club for Ultimate NJ Blue and have been on the Elite team for the past 3 years. I played every second of every game for my high school as a freshman and was selected to the All State team. Next season (my junior year), I led the team and was named Midfielder of the Year by the Trentonian and was selected 1st Team All-Prep and 1st Team by the Trentonian. My team made it to the Prep B State Semifinals both years. My coaches have described me as hardworking and relentless as I always leave everything on the field and have a desire to win every drill (even if that means playing through injuries-- freshman year I played half of the season in a hand cast). I've also been described as an "energizer bunny" because I'm always in shape and never stop running, pushing my teammates to work harder on and off the field and, therefore, leading by example. Both my parents were Division 1 athletes at Princeton University. My dad is the Head Football Coach at Princeton University and my mom coached soccer for most of her life, so I have grown up around sports and have always been pushed to be the best athlete I can be. I've been raised in an environment where me and my brother train 24/7. I'm a multi-sport athlete and also play soccer at the highest club level (ECNL). I started every game my freshman, sophomore, and junior year in soccer and have lead my team to Prep B State Championships both years. The athleticism I've gained from being a multi-sport athlete has carried over in lacrosse to make me a strong defender and aggressive player. I pride myself on my one-on-one defense and my ability to read the play, intercept passes, and win ground balls. I'm a very versatile player and my coaches have put me anywhere the need me on the field (I can play attack, midfield, and/or defense). I have a strong ability to read the field and a team first mentality.

Ali is extremely reliable with the ball in transition. A great defender- she jams the hands and reads the attacker's movements well. She has incredible endurance and can push transition. Great on 1v1s and has strong team defensive laxIQ

Ali is a smart, quick, agile and tough defender who has the speed and consistency to also play midfield. Her vision and anticipation is great. She's reliable with her ball handling in traffic and in transition. She has great endurance and is a solid 1v1 defender.
