Allen Dukes

Allen Dukes began as an assistant coach with the Randolph College men's lacrosse program in 2013.

Coach Dukes works directly with all face-off personnel for the WildCats. Dukes has played an instrumental role in the recruiting process for the WildCats.

Coach Dukes brings ODAC experience to the program having played at Virginia Wesleyan College in the early 90’s. He was a midfielder and faceoff specialist on the inaugural varsity lacrosse team at Virginia Wesleyan College back in 1989. Dukes graduated from VWC in 1993 with a B.A. in History.

Coach Dukes grew up in the Lynchburg area and graduated from Timberlake Christian School. Dukes has a vast wealth of coaching experience, as he has been coaching since 1992. Dukes came to Randolph after having many titles at the Forest Lacrosse Club since 2009.

Dukes is still assisting the Jefferson Forest High School lacrosse programs they continue to promote the growth of lacrosse in the local area. He has also been an organizer and coach for the local Summer Select Travel Teams as well as organizing the inaugural U-9 Forest Youth Athletic Association squad.
