Allison Brady will begin her fifth season as Elmhurst's head women's lacrosse coach in 2019.

In 2015, Brady coached the first-ever women's lacrosse team to a 9-9 overall record in 2015. The program qualified for the CCIW Tournament in its inaugural season, while Jamie Lawinger and Meghan Keyes both earned all-conference accolades in the program's first year of competition.

Brady was named the Bluejays' head coach during the summer of 2013 after spending two seasons as the head coach of Robert Morris University.

Brady had tremendous success while building the women's lacrosse program at Robert Morris University (Chicago). After guiding the team to a 3-10 record in the program's first season in 2012, Brady's team finished the 2013 season with a 14-4 overall record and a Western Conference championship in the National Women's Lacrosse League (NWLL). Her 2013 squad earned the school's first-ever trip to the NWLL Tournament and placed fourth in the NWLL Tournament. Brady was tabbed as the League's Coach of the Year while her players garnered two All-America honors and NWLL Rookie of the Year accolades.

Brady also spent time at the Illinois Institute of Technology before joining the Bluejays' staff.

Brady is one of the only coaches in Illinois to hold the US Lacrosse Level 3 certification. She currently serves as the CCIW’s women's lacrosse chairperson and a representative on the NCAA Regional Advisory committee. She also coaches with the AYLA Elite Lacrosse Club.

Before beginning her collegiate career, Brady coached at the High School level, serving as the head varsity girl's coach at Naperville North High School from 2007-2011. She also has club coaching experience with the Lakeshore Lacrosse Club and Players Lacrosse.

Brady earned a bachelor's degree in education from the Eastern Illinois University and currently resides in Lombard.
