Recruit Profile
Self-disciplined, well-rounded, coachable and determined athlete with a strong work ethic, great stick skills, a high lacrosse iq, a positive attitude and a strong sense of team play.

My parents encouraged me to participate in different activities until I found my passion and that passion is lacrosse. Playing for our community team since 4th grade and club lacrosse for 4 years, I practice year round. I also play basketball, lacrosse and clarinet in school and tennis recreationally. I pride myself on my ability to juggle a busy schedule, while maintaining a 91 GPA.

I made my high school's JV lacrosse team as a starter in 8th grade, taking the draw and playing attack. During 8th grade, I decided to attend a competitive, Catholic high school. To prepare for the challenging lacrosse tryout at my new school, I first joined their Cross Country team. The rigorous workouts for Cross Country got me into excellent shape and as a result, I made the JV (A) lacrosse team.

My family's circumstances changed and I returned to my old school for sophomore year. I made the Varsity lacrosse team as a sophomore. Since the Spring/Summer seasons didn't happen (COVID), I used the downtime for wall ball, workouts and running. My club team started practicing Summer of 2020 and began participating in tournaments again during Fall of 2020/Summer of 2021. I was a starter, taking the draw and also playing attack for my high school team Spring of 2021. Our team made the 2nd round of playoffs for the first time in 25 years but we lost to Garden City (nationally ranked team).

A Member of the Junior National Honor Society, National Honor Society (induction in Fall of 2021) and World Language Honor Society, I made the Honor Roll each marking period since 9th grade. I take AP Social Studies, AP English and Advanced Spanish classes. Additionally, I took an extra science class (Physics) this year and Anatomy and
Physiology (college level course), sacrificing my lunch period. I will be taking 3 AP courses senior year.

A clarinetist since the 5th grade, I am a member of my high school band. Participating in the New York State School Music Association's music festival since 5th grade, I earned a grade of "Outstanding" each year, the highest grade possible.

A participant in my school's LEADERS Physical Education Program for Junior and Senior Year (15 out of 200 students were selected), I also trained for and received my lifeguard certification (American Red Cross and Nassau County). I work part-time at Saf-T-Swim, lifeguarding.
