Andie has many qualities that make her a great player: her tenacity, persistence, height, overall athleticism, and positivity. That being said, one quality that allows to her continue to excel to new levels is her hunger to increase her lacrosse IQ and her openness to receiving feedback. Andie has a strong vision of the field and is able to use this, not only to be a force on defense, but to shine in midfield transition and attack as well. She continues to build upon her innate ability to see the field by consistently asking questions and working through scenarios at practice to help prepare herself for games. Andie's unique asset is her desire to acquire a deep understanding of the game. This coupled with her technical skills undoubtedly make her a great addition to any team!

Having coached Andie Cappucci for many, many years I can tell you that she is the kind of player and person that every coach wants on their team. Not only is she a tall, strong player with excellent stick skills but she is a positive, infectious leader and fierce competitor. Andie is adored by her teammates on and off the field because she leads by example and through positive messages to them. She loves the game of Lacrosse and plays with respect, joy and passion. Andie will fight to win, every game, every individual battle and every ground ball, and she will always come out with a smile on her face. Andie is a coach’s Dream, she will play Attack, Middie or Defense, wherever you ask her to bring her boundless energy. Andie is a Winner, and whichever college team she chooses will be a Winner too!

I had the pleasure of coaching Andie this past summer at Ultimate Goal Lacrosse and she was a true pleasure to have on my team! She is truly versatile player, with her knowledge of both sides of the ball she is able to be used anywhere and will be successful! Andie is a very coachable athlete and is always looking to learn how she can improve her skills. She has a great attitude and understands what it means to be a good teammate! Andie will make a impactful player in any program and I am excited to watch her continue to grow!

Andie is an extremely gritty, and tough player. She uses her height to her advantage in the midfield and off the draw. She has worked hard to hone up her skills, and be a versatile player. She is a three sport athlete and her stamina shows that, she is a very well rounded athlete. Andie is a team player, and is always looking for way to set up her teammates and help and them on both sides of the field. Her lacrosse IQ is expanding and continually growing as she pushes herself to be better.

I have coached Andie since her freshmen year at Hopewell. She has been a big motivator for the Hopewell Valley Girl’s lacrosse team. She is a leader both on and off the field. She helps to instill teamwork and unity amongst all players on the team. Andie's biggest strengths consist of her overall work ethic, being a positive teammate to all, and her well rounded attitude and skill that she brings to practice and games each day. Andie is a quality player who has proven to be a great asset all over the field and especially the draw. I have seen so much growth from Andie as a player and have enjoyed watching her lacrosse IQ expand. She is a pleasure to coach.

Over the past five years, I have been fortunate enough to know Anderson as both her coach and teacher. During her time at Hopewell, I watched her grow into a poised and accomplished young woman who has always challenged herself both academically and athletically. Anderson grasps material quickly, she is creative, focused, and excels at multitasking. She can work both independently and in groups. Her organizational skills and strong leadership abilities are always reflected in whatever work she is doing. With all of her diligent work habits, this can be seen best in her grades. Anderson is well disciplined, courteous, responsible, reliable, and hardworking. Whatever task she picks up, she completes it with the utmost dedication. She understands the importance of good communication and sportsmanship, is well-respected and liked by everyone, and possesses a competitive attitude which drives her to be successful. All of these characteristics, makes her an excellent role model and team player. As an educator and coach, I believe Anderson epitomizes what a well-rounded individual is. As a student and athlete she possesses the qualities necessary to excel in college and in her future career. Anderson would be an asset wherever she decides to go.
