I began lacrosse in my freshman year, as it was a fun, crossover sport with hockey. I played JV freshman year (2014-2015), picking up the sport quickly and earning Offensive MVP as well as Miss Hustles Harder awards. By sophomore year, I had made Varsity, a defensive midi specializing in draw control, and by the end of that year I had earned All League, All State Honorable Mention, and Most Improved Player. This past season (2016-2017), my junior year, I again was a defensive midi specializing in draw control but was also the backer in our zone defense, and the designated face guarder. I also scored the game winning goal in a double overtime state championship game against EGR to secure the gold for Cranbrook. This season I earned All Catholic League and All State D2 First Team. Hockey has been my main sport since the age of 7 and I am hoping to play hockey as well as lacrosse in college. This past season, my team, Belle Tire 16U AAA won the state championship as well as the national championship, and I scored the game-winning goal in the national championship. I enjoy school and specifically the subjects of ceramics, history, and especially science, hoping one day to be a surgeon. I also enjoy traveling and cooking.
