Coachable, strong work ethic, team player, versatile, determined, multi sport varsity athlete(field hockey, lacrosse)
I started playing lacrosse when I was in fifth grade. I loved having the chance to improve my game outside of my township, on HEADstrong's team the next four years. This upcoming summer season I am excited to be playing for Big 4 HHH 2023. As a freshman, I made my Varsity team at Egg Harbor Township High School, but I did not have the opportunity to play due to Covid. My sophomore year at Egg Harbor Township High School I started every varsity game and was tied for the leading number of ground balls (81) and I led-in draw controls (64). I made First Team for Cape Atlantic and was one of the Top-75 Sophomores in New Jersey.
I am also a part of the Varsity Field Hockey team and started every game my freshman and sophomore years. This year I made First Team for Cape Atlantic and Second Team All-South Jersey. I am a member of the Interact Club but opportunities for community service have been limited this year. I am employed at a local restaurant, and I work an average of 25 hours a week. In my freshman and sophomore years, I was a Varsity Scholar and finished with a 4.0 GPA. In my junior year, I will be taking Honors Anatomy, English, History, Precalculus, and A.P. Microeconomics and Psychology.

I've played with NHL players and trained NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB athletes. Fortunately I've had the pleasure to train Anna during her off season and she is one of hardest working self motivated athletes I've had in the gym! As a former College Coach wondering wether your athletes are putting the time in the gym can be frustrating. Anna will never be an athlete you have to worry about! On the lax field when it comes to effort, very few players come close to hers! 2nd 3rd 4th effort there is no quit in her! Anna's compete level is the same from the 1st minute of the game to the last. It's always 100% from the first Draw. Anna has the skills to play in every position on the field and is proving to be one of the best young talents in New Jersey! As a former college recruiter she is an athlete that would be at the top of my list on the white board. Every box is checked character, academics, athletics, and family. Anna is a future leader for the fortunate college program that gets her!
Melissa Williams
While coaching Anna I have seen her grow as a player very fast. She wants to learn and is very eager to put in the extra to get what she wants out of lacrosse. Her determination and compassion for lacrosse is one of a kind. She has effortlessly achieved stats that helped our team tremendously this past season. She is an overachiever at its finest! Anna's skills have put her in the running for stand out sophomore on NJ.com. Anna shows a high-level of mental toughness and physical strength by dictating play all over the field! Very talented student athlete.
Jean Marie Seal
Anna has been one of the most coachable players I have had the pleasure to work with. She listens intently to feedback and immediately works to incorporate those qualities into her game. Her growth over the last two years in field hockey has been remarkable, due to her willingness to do what it takes to improve and to help her team. Additionally her athleticism allows her to be a true presence on the field and impact the game. I wish I had 10 Anna's on my high school team!

During that time I have coached Anna she has evolve in to a top level competitive lacrosse player. Her work ethic is exceptional, working year round to improve her weaknesses and devolpe her game. She is athletic & physically strong but just as important she is a true team player.
