Annika is a strong defender, whose hard-work and determination is evident and exemplified through her presence on the field. She is a fierce competitor with a great lacrosse IQ. Annika's knowledge of the game and speed is a powerful combination to have on defense which allows her to body-up, scoop up a loose ground ball, slide, and cause turnovers. She puts in the extra work and effort outside of practices and games which translates to her improvement of play. She is always willing to go above and beyond to get better as a player. Annika is the definition of a great teammate and a coachable player. She has the heart and hustle that is required to play at the next level of competition.

Annika is a sweet heart off the field and is very inclusive to all of her teammates, she is the definition of a true teammate. On the field she is a fierce competitor who doesn't back down to anyone and we use everything in her power to stop the other team from scoring. She brings a big presence to our defense and moves quickly to body up on defense, help to slide, going for ground balls, causing turnovers and also uses her speed to clear the ball to our offense. Annika improves each and every time she gets onto the field both in practices and in games. Extremely coachable, never complains, very hard worker. She has a very bright future at the next level.
