Nardella is in his 6th season as an asst coach for the Saint Anselm men's lacrosse team in 2021 and serves as the team's defensive coordinator and goalie coach

Across five seasons, Nardella has helped Saint Anselm to a 37-24 overall record (.601) in the nation's strongest NCAA Division II lacrosse conference. With his guidance, the Hawks have proven themselves to be one of the most consistent programs in the Northeast as Saint Anselm has made four consecutive NE10 postseason appearances, starting with an 8-6 record in the 2016 season. Nardella has helped the Hawks to become regulars in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II Coaches' Poll.

Nardella previously was the head lacrosse coach at Salem High School from 2012-14, leading the team to the 2012 NEC South championship, the only conference championship in school history. Prior to that, he was an assistant football and lacrosse coach at Beverly High School, where he helped the team to three lacrosse conference championships and two football Super Bowl titles (2010, 2012).

Nardella graduated from Western New England University in 2008 with a degree in sport marketing. He played four years of lacrosse for the Golden Bears, including two trips to the NCAA quarterfinals. In 2007, Western New England went 17-1 and finished the season ranked third nationally.

He also works full-time as a teacher for Billerica Public Schools and currently resides in Beverly, Mass.
