I started playing lacrosse in seventh grade, when my basketball coach told me he needed a goalie for the middle school lacrosse team. We were undefeated for two consecutive years. During my eighth grade year, I was also brought up to the varsity team and played in about eight varsity games. I am a two year letterman in volleyball and lacrosse, and one year letterman in basketball. I spilt time with the senior goalie this past school season. My high school team made it to the state championship game. The summer going into my sophomore year, I was an alternate goalie on Carolina Fever 2021, but worked my way up to splitting time that fall. In the summer of 2019, I earned a place as the only goalie with a full roster spot. I come from a family of athletes. My father was an Olympic-level swimmer at Princeton; my mother ran track at St.Joseph's; my older sister is an all-conference basketball player at Washington and Lee; and, my older brother plays baseball at W&L. I have also maintained a 4.2 GPA, and have received academic excellence awards in Math, Science, and History and Social Studies. As a junior, I am currently taking AP Biology and AP US History, amongst other honors level courses. Also, I am in a leadership position in four clubs and stay very active within my community.
