Varsity starter as Freshman, unselfish, quick, smart, disciplined, multi sport athlete, team player, strong lax IQ, coachable, gritty, great field vision, endurance and footwork.
I was in 3rd grade when I first started playing lacrosse. 3rd year Varsity midfield starter for my high school. In 2022 I had 155 draw controls and was the leader in caused turnovers and ground balls. In the past 2 years, I have helped lead my team to CIF Semi Finals twice and we were League Champions for the 1st time in program history. I am comfortable on both ends of the field and I had 95 points to finish my Junior season for a total of 180 career points. I earned 1st Team All League in Lacrosse as a Sophomore and Junior (no Freshman season) and was named MVP and Captain of my team this season.
I also play Varsity Field Hockey and was named 1st Team All League for Field Hockey. CIF Championships 2022. I am a scholar athlete and have taken Honors English, Honors Pre Calculus, AP European History, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, AP US History and am a member of California Scholarship Federation. I plan to take AP Calculus, AP Physics, and AP Government next year. I am a youth lacrosse referee for San Diego County and I volunteer with Key Club, my local rec lacrosse team, and my church.

Christina Minneci
Avery is one of the smartest lacrosse players I’ve coached. Her lax IQ, passion, and work ethic is incomparable to other athletes. Fast middie, great footwork, switches hands, leads the team in ground balls and hustle plays. She is our “clutch” player, that I never take off the field. Avery can play every position and excel at it. She leads by example, has an amazing optimistic attitude and is self motivated. On top of her elite lacrosse skills, she is a great teammate, very coachable, and succeeds under pressure. Avery is our Tom Brady: Composed, self-determined and will achieve greatness on any team. She is a First round Pick for being well- rounded in every category. Great athlete, teammate, and lacrosse player.
