Avery is a very strong defender on the Coppermine 2022 Club Lacrosse team. She reads situations well and reacts quickly. Avery's 1v1 skills are strong and her help defense is improving. She is a great teammate both on and off of the field!

Avery has a solid foundation and background that allows her to be successful on the field. She bring a strong work ethic to practices and games and is ready to get to work and get better! She is a strong defender who sees the field well.

Avery had a tremendous varsity basketball season this winter (19-20), earning increased playing time by embracing a commitment to defense and rebounding. Avery is eager to learn, works hard in practice, and is an engaged member of the team. It was a pleasure to coach her!

I had the pleasure of coaching Avery Paul for three years at Coppermine Lacrosse Club. During that time, she improved tremendously. Avery has great height and is a very strong player. She is great on the crease in 1v1 defense.
