I am a coachable team player and play multiple sports to stay in shape. Coaches will see hustle and effort from me on and off the field.
I started playing lacrosse for my township recreational program (Abington Girls Lacrosse Club) when I was 10. In 7th grade (2017) I was a starting member of the 7th & 8th Grade A team that won the 2017 PAGLA Championships that same year. In 8th grade I started playing travel club lacrosse for HEADstrong Philly Girls, and since then, my love for the game keeps growing. I have continued to grow my game with HEADstrong, and love working with my team and coaches.
I am a 3 sport varsity high school athlete. In addition to lacrosse, I play varsity field hockey and basketball. Although not having played these sports previously, my high school needed additional players and knew that playing these sports would add to my conditioning and field vision, as well as school spirit. I also was named to the All League teams for field hockey 2018 & 2019 and in Lacrosse 2019
As a freshman, I was a starting midfielder with my high school team, and was named by PhillyLacrosse as one of the top scorers in the tri-state area (July 2018, 43 goals). The lacrosse pre-season of my sophomore year started off with a bang, as I was tasked by my head coach to lead my high school team in conditioning and indoor stick skills sessions. Unfortunately, my 2020 high school and Summer 2020 club seasons were cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Pennsylvania Governor cancelled all K-12 spring sports, and my HEADstrong directors opted to play within our club for summer versus traveling. However, this did not deter me or my team, as we continued practicing and scrimmaging within our club to prepare for the Fall 2020 season.
On the field, I pride myself on field vision and moving the ball quickly. I am strong on the draw, between the 30s, use my speed and footwork to set up scoring opportunities for my team, and have a high shooting percentage. I am extremely competitive and play with deception, determination and grit.
As a player, I am comfortable dodging, finishing, and taking the draw with both hands. I cannot tell you how many times coaches, teammates and opponents have commented on my stick-handling skills and not being able to determine my dominant hand.
Off the field, academics come first, I have a 3.4 GPA at the Academy of the New Church Secondary Schools in PA

Becca is an extremely athletic lefty midfielder, who's versatility across the field sets her apart. As a two-way midfielder, she plays in all three zones of the field and makes an impact on the game in a number of ways, particularly by gaining possession of ground balls and draw controls. Becca is so agile and smooth handling the ball that she is very dangerous in transition especially off the draw with her one handed grabs and ability to place the ball. She plays with great intensity, and this coupled with her speed and lacrosse IQ allows her to create opportunities both for herself & her teammates, whether feeding, dodging or communicating on the field. Becca is that player that has flown under the radar and coaches are missing out on; she will make an immediate impact in a program because of her love of the game and desire to get better each day.

She has great vision and game sense, and makes everyone around her look good. Becca’s speed creates so many opportunities on both ends of the field.
