Recently, Snider was an assistant for NCAA Division II Gannon University's women's lacrosse team for the 2019-20 academic year.

"I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to lead the Westminster College women's lacrosse program," Snider said. "I would like to thank President Kathy B. Richardson, Director of Athletics Jim Dafler, and the search committee for their trust in me to continue to build upon the accomplishments of this program. Westminster's commitment to academic success along with its outstanding athletic facilities make it an ideal institution for prospective student-athletes. I am looking forward to building an environment where members of our program will strive for excellence in all aspects of the student-athlete experience. I would like to personally thank all of the coaches and mentors over the years that have shaped me extensively as a coach. Lastly, I'd like to thank my family for always supporting me in my endeavors."

Prior to Gannon, Snider coached at NCAA Division III Ohio Wesleyan in the 2019 season. In her time with the Bishops, Snider acted as the defensive coordinator and helped coach the team to their best season record since the 2012 season. Among her daily responsibilities, she helped create practice plans and mentored her student-athletes.

Before Ohio Wesleyan, Snider led the varsity girls' team at Shaler Area High School, where she led the Titans to a postseason appearance, and Carnegie Mellon University's Womens Collegiate Lacrosse Associates (WCLA) club team, both as the head coach.

During the years of 2013-17, Snider was a head coach for the True Lacrosse club team in Pittsburgh. Snider helped coach upper-level high school girls' club teams as they transitioned into college level teams. She helped with the recruiting process and worked one-on-one with the players to improve their skills in preparation for the next level.

A University of Mount Union alum, Snider was a member of the women's lacrosse team that advanced to the NCAA Regional Semifinals. Snider transferred to Mount Union from Presidents' Athletic Conference school Thiel College where she was a key member of the unofficial PAC Championship team in 2013. Snider Graduated in 2016 from Mount Union receiving two Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Japanese and International Business.
