In his 25th season on the Roanoke College sidelines, Bill Pilat has accumulated over 60-percent of the mens lacrosse wins in school history. A 1985 graduate of the college, Pilat has won 262 games in his head coaching career, while losing just 114. Pilat is the winningest coach in program-history, winning all but 162 games in the programs' 45-year history. His win percentage of .695 is also the best in the history of the Roanoke lacrosse program.
