Lavoie's first three seasons have seen enhanced offensive production and record setting numbers in 2012 and 2013. The Griffin offense plans to stay on course as it makes the exciting jump to the MCLA Division 1 this coming spring of 2014. Last season showcased a diverse and powerful Griffin offense which saw 8 players score 20 or more goals and 7 players reach double digits in the assist column. This fast paced offensive system produced 326 goals (57% assisted) in 23 games for an average of 14 goals per game. The 2013 Griffins went 17-6 overall playing the nations toughest schedule and landed back in the national championship game for the first time since 2008. However, this most recent trip ended with a #2 ranking in the final poll and closed the book on one of the most prolific offensive seasons in the history of the MCLA. As the griffins head towards to the 2014 season, they return many of their offensive weapons from last spring, including 70% of the previous years production. Along with the returning fire power they have brought in outside talent to fill some key roles at the attack, midfield and face-off X.
