Brandon Misiaszek enters his sixth season at the helm of the Wildcats men’s lacrosse program in the 2021-22 season.

In five seasons Misiaszek has led the Wildcats to a 34-26 record with two Conference Championship game appearances. Winning the first Championship in program history this past year and advancing to the first round of the NCAA Tournament, wrapping up the 2021 season with a program-best 10-1 record.

Misiaszek took over the Wildcat Lacrosse program after serving as an Assistant Coach at Utica College for two seasons, as an Assistant Coach at Hamilton College for three seasons, and as an Assistant Coach at MVCC for one season.

As a student-athlete Misiaszek helped to lead SUNY Cortland to three consecutive NCAA National Championship Appearances. In his time at Cortland, the Red Dragons went 69-13 and advanced to the NCAA Tournament all four seasons. Misiaszek was named the Most Outstanding Player of the 2009 National Championship when he scored five goals to lead the Red Dragons to a 9-7 victory over Gettysburg.

During his college playing career, he recorded 102 career points at Cortland and was a Third Team All-American Midfielder in 2010. He was also named to the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III Senior North-South Game. He currently plays for the Utica Yeti in the IBLA.

Misiaszek graduated in 2006 from nearby New Hartford High School where he led the Spartans to a Section III title in lacrosse. Brandon graduated from Cortland in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and most recently earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from Utica College in 2016.
