My name is Brendan Coyle. I am currently a Sophomore at Robbinsville High School and will graduate in 2024. I am the starting Varsity goalie.

I began playing lacrosse in first grade at 6 years old with Robbinsville Lacrosse Association (RLA). I began playing goalie there in 4th grade.

I have played club lacrosse for Blue Star since 5th grade. I am on the Blue Star 2024 White squad. The highlight of our Summer season was winning the Trilogy Radar Tournament.

I am incredibly lucky to have strong mentors to guide me in my position and beyond. My first mentor at the position is my older brother, Cameron Coyle (RHS 2021/All American/ All State/Yale commit 2025). He has worked with me since I started playing goalie. He helped me to learn and love the game of lacrosse. My father and his fellow RLA coaches have taught me to be relentlessly positive and to Never Quit, Never Stop. I am very lucky to work with Coaches Dave Decker, Don Green, Gib Versfeld and Dan Fowler. All of these mentors have helped refine my technique and continue to help me to focus on the next save, and to be a positive leader and teammate.

In 7th Grade, I was the goalie for our 2019 CJYLL Championship team. In addition, I was selected as an CJYLL All Star for both my 6th and 7th Grade Seasons. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we did not have an 8th Grade Season. If we did, I firmly believe we would have built upon those past successes.

Some of my interests include watching sports such as Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball, and obviously Lacrosse. I love music and its history. I play three instruments: Drums, Bass, and Guitar.

In 8th grade, I earned straight A's and was recognized by our Middle School Administrators for the Presidential Educational Award and received Student of the Month twice in Middle School recognizing my good character.

I donate my time as a coach at the RLA, and help coach several teams.

My brother Cam and I have also teach at clinics for our youth boys and girls goalies to help pay forward our love of the game and for the goalie position.

I will continue to work my hardest to be an outstanding student, athlete, and member of my community.
