Hired as the assistant coach, Coach Hughes moved into the head coaching position in 2018. She has been involved with lacrosse as a player, coach, referee and fan over the last decade. She first picked up a stick in middle school after a friend talked her into trying the sport and hasn't put it down since. Coach Hughes grew up and played lacrosse in the Metro Atlanta Area and went on to attend Kennesaw State University where she earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Coaching. She quickly entered into the coaching world out of college and has thoroughly enjoyed growing the program and leading such dedicated young women.
