Brittney Palardy enters her first season as an Assistant Coach with La Roche in 2020.

Palardy played four years of lacrosse at D-II Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). A three year-starting midfielder, the Baltimore native finished her career with 149 total collegiate points (9th in IUP program history) and received 3rd team all conference honors in 2014, the same season she finished second on the team in scoring with 47 goals. At IUP, Brittney studied kinesiology/exercise science and graduated with honors.

After living and working for a few years in her hometown, Palardy moved to the Pittsburgh area in 2019 to further her career in the health and fitness industry. She currently works at a private fitness center in Mt. Washington, PA where she manages and teaches group exercise. Coach Palardy coached for a number of years with TLC lacrosse, a non-profit girls lacrosse club in Marlyand for middle and upper school players. At La Roche, she will be in charge of midfielders, draw specialists and the strength/conditioning program.
