Coach Seling began his coaching career in 2015 with C. E. Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he focused on player development and growth at the junior varsity level.

In 2017, he was presented with the opportunity to become the head club coach of Louisiana Tech University. In the team’s second year of competition, Coach Seling led the team to a 10.5 goals per game average.
