Recruit Profile
Coachable, team player with strong Lax IQ and field, mental & situational awareness - disciplined, determined and aggressive multi-sport athlete.

My name is Caitlyn Schultz and I am currently a senior at Bethel Park High School in Bethel Park, PA. Our high school lacrosse team had a great 2021 season, we won section title but lost in the 2nd round. I earned All-American, All-WPIAL, 1st team All-Section honors and leading scorer 2 years in a row (not counting 10th grade due to COVID). I finished up my junior season reaching 119 career goals.

Athletics’ has been part of my life since I was 4 years old. I started soccer at the YMCA at 4 and continued soccer thru the end of my freshmen year in high school. Not only did I play for middle and high school teams, I played for the Bethel Park Travel team and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds ECNL 2004 team. Conflicts with schedules and time commitments between the ECNL team and Lacrosse caused me to make a choice between the two sports. Of course, Lacrosse as it has been my favorite since I started playing in the 5th grade.

I also am on the HS Varsity Swim Team, a member of the National Honors Society, Vice President of Community and Business Outreach and International Qualifier for DECA, Homecoming Committee, Principal Advisory Counsel and an active member of youth group and campus life. I have taken a mix of AP, Honors and regular classes and have maintained a 4.0+, while balancing 2 varsity sports and extra-curricular activities.

When I am not actively participating in lacrosse, swim or school activities, I spend my time working at Bed Bath & Beyond, refereeing lacrosse games, going to the gym, taking care of my car, traveling, drawing and painting and helping with the youth lacrosse program. This past year, I have tried skiing for the first time and loved it. I like to try new things. I also have 90+ community service hours, my newest community service will be acting as buddy for the Miracle League. I am looking forward to my senior year and finding my home after high school.
