Cameron has trained at my athletic performance facility for almost 2 years and her consistency & work ethic are unmatched. Despite training alongside older athletes, she pushes herself to get better every week. In order to make it to the next level in lacrosse you need to improve physical characteristics that separate you from the other athletes (speed, strength, power, etc); and Cameron is working hard every week to do just that!
