In her role Coach Bossell will work with Kate Henwood, NXT’s Executive Vice President, Girls Lacrosse, to oversee the NXT Girls Lacrosse Club as well as NXT’s entire portfolio of Girls Lacrosse training and education programming.

Bossell joins NXT from La Salle University, where for the last decade she served as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. At La Salle, she was twice named Atlantic-10 Conference coach of the year and led the Explorers to postseason appearances three times. Bossell leaves La Salle with the most wins of any coach in program history.

Candace’s background as the successful leader of a Division 1 program makes her the perfect person to take the lead in our club program, to develop our coaching staff, and to make sure all of our girls lacrosse programming is operated at the highest levels of quality.”
