Carter Oschman is an impressive young man with high character that is contagious in the locker room and out on the field. Carter applies his strong work ethic to the classroom as well. His ability and willingness to play on both offense and defense has been a tremendous asset to the team. Carter continues to add skills to his repertoire on offense that includes a deceptive hitch dodge, an uncanny knack for getting by his man to draw a slide, and the ability to finish. On the faceoff wing, he's a groundball machine with a relentless motor. On defense, he excels at owning his individual matchup, is fluent in our defensive communication and can execute our crease slide package. Carter understands the game at an exceptionally high level and has a compete level that is unrivaled. Carter's teammates all look to him as one of the leaders on the team, not only due to his high level of play, but also based on his commitment to the game and his teammates. Carter is a captain on our team for the 2023 season.
