Prior to joining the coaching staff at SUNY Poly, Charlie was a standout lacrosse player for the Wildcats. In 2019 he earned 1st team All-Conference goalie in the NEAC and prior to that he compiled 68 points as an attackman for Poly. Charlie also played two years of collegiate lacrosse for Herkimer County Community College.

Chuck grew up in Monroe-Woodbury, N.Y.. He currently coaches for local lacrosse organizations and plays for the Utica Yeti in the ILBA.
