Charlie Freer
Recruit Profile
Slide drawing, efficient, fundamentally sound Attackman with a quick first step, body control, and a great handle. Mentality focused on team first through field vision, passing, and decision making.
I began playing organized lacrosse in middle school. I've played soccer and lacrosse since 7th grade through my junior year now. I started to love the game more though the summer before my freshman year, then covid hit. I didn't take it as a letdown though, I took it as an opportunity to only get better. My sophomore year I drove myself to improve and moved up to varsity. I led the team in points with 25 goals and 32 assists. My favorite part about sports is not only the ability to improve, but the relationships I've made through every minute with my peers. I've come to enjoy the process of making others around me better. I pride myself in working to improve my weaknesses and expose new ones. Whether its on the field, or in the classroom I put in 110% to be better than I was the day before. I also enjoy working at the food bank and fundraisers for the House of Champions.
