Chloe Pender
Recruit Profile
Coachable student athlete, works hard in the off season, loves the sport, volunteers with youth lacrosse, and determined to get better every day and improve my skills.
I started playing lacrosse in 6th grade. I am currently a senior on the Bartram Trail High School Varsity Lacrosse Team. My freshman year I was JV Captain and was pulled up to the Varsity team toward the end of the season. I was honored to receive the Rookie of the Year award for my JV season. In my sophomore year, I became a starter for the Varsity team and was honored to receive the Rookie of the Year award for the shortened 2020 season for my first full year on Varsity. My junior year my team made it all the way to State-Semi’s. I played mostly defense, but also midfield when needed. At the end of the season, I was honored to receive the Unsung Hero award. I never really knew if I wanted to play in college, but being on state lockdown back last summer made me realize how much I really love the sport. I have taken 3 years of American Sign Language, and will be taking my 4th next year. Im also enrolled in the Interior Design Academy at my school. I volunteer with Grizzlies Lacrosse Club, and coach k-2nd grade girls lacrosse. All through elementary and middle school I was part of the basketball team, and its definitely helped me in the way of defense and my vision on the field. I have a 3.45 unweighted GPA and a 3.7 weighted GPA.
