I have made it to the highest level of lacrosse not by being the most talented, but by being the hardest worker. I instruct people to do the same. I focus on the core fundamentals of lacrosse and tailor my instruction to the specific needs of the player. I also focus on weight routines, diet and can provide guidance on the recruiting process. I have coached high school lacrosse for 5 years and am a Certified Level 2 US Lacrosse Coach. My main goal is for each player to find their unique style and help them leverage that strength to reach their goals. Lacrosse has given me a lot and I want to share my skills to develop future stars. My instruction style is enthusiastic and training sessions are focused and structured.
