Fleming joins the coaching staff of Ryan Lanigan at Sage and the 2018-2019 Gators. Fleming is a 2018 graduate of Misericordia University, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team from 2014-2018. He helped the squad garner four appearances in the conference championships, while they captured the 2017 MAC Freedom title his junior season.

A two-year team captain at Misericorida, Fleming was a four-year starter and 200 point scorer during his collegiate career, having also earned all-conference honors. He capped his career with 215 points, which ranks second all-time and helped the Cougars go 14-2 as a senior.

A four-time scholar-athlete, he earned his bachelor of science degree in chemistry and has a minor in mathematics. A frequent participant of clinics and camps, he worked as a camp counselor for the Upper Moreland Parks and Recreation Department as well as a participating at the Misericordia University ID Clinics.
