I picked up a lacrosse stick in 7th grade, and by 9th grade I was the only freshman starter on Varsity Lacrosse. I am now a third-year Varsity starter. One of my biggest strengths is my speed. I am strong with both hands, and use my agility and physical strength to my advantage on both offense and defense. I am a dynamic player with a strong game sense. Since my freshman year, I've been playing on the JV Soccer Team and I was voted team captain during the 2019 and 2020 seasons. I played on the Varsity team in the 2019 Division 2 State Tournament and we made it to the state finals. I am extremely dedicated to my studies and leadership role at school. I was voted by my class to be the singular student speaker at my eighth-grade graduation ceremony. For my junior year, I am taking Honors Physics, History, Spanish, English, Advanced Pre-Calculus, full-year Honors Art, and I am in the National Honor Society. Both my freshman and sophomore year, I took four honors classes (math, chemistry, English, and Spanish). I am also part of the Best Buddies Club at Winchester High School. Two years ago, I founded a local sports equipment drive called Winchester Plays It Forward, where a small group of student-athletes and I collected hundreds of pieces of sports equipment and donated them to local and international youth sports organizations. I also started an organization called the WHRF where my friends and I have come together to raise funds and spread awareness for various health conditions.
