Colin Hurliman
Recruit Profile
Hard working, coachable, determined player with a high game IQ - passionate and competitive multi-sport athlete, team player.
I started playing lacrosse when was 9 years old and started playing club when I was 10 years old. During my freshman and sophomore club seasons, I was my teams leading scorer and one of the top assist-men. As a freshman in high school, I was a starting JV attackman and Varsity swing player. I was slated to be a starting varsity attackman / midfielder my sophomore year prior to Covid. For my Junior year, I saw the main varsity offensive midfielder and would also play attack when needed; I was one of my teams leading point scorers throughout the season. At the end of the 2021 season, I was given all-conference Honorable mention and I was named one of the Captains for our varsity team for the 2022 season. As a player, I am comfortable using both hands when dodging as well as feeding finishing, and I pride myself in my hustle --both on offensive sets and riding --, work ethic and teammate attitude. And for this upcoming lacrosse season, I will be splitting my time on the field as an attackman and offensive middie coming out of the box on transition.
Outside of playing lacrosse, I have also coached younger players and was fully certified to be a referee for ages 1st to 8th grade. I also play on the JV basketball team. Currently I am taking Honors Biology and Advanced math courses. And during the past year, I co-lead a food drive service with my school in conjunction with multiple food and housing non-profits.

Colin is a hardworking individual. He is attentive when being given instruction, and is quick to learn new skills. Colin can use both his right and left hand equally; a skill many at his age struggle with. Colin will be a great addition to any team he plays for.
