Colin Patchet
Recruit Profile
A versatile multi-sport athlete, an aggressive team first leader with a strong work ethic and desire to compete. Very coachable high lax IQ disciplined player with 4.67 GPA.
I pride myself on my desire to compete and improve everyday. I started playing lacrosse at 4 and have loved and played the sport ever since. I played HS Varsity as a freshman and scored 30 points on a top 5 team in NCS. My Sophomore year was cut short, but I had 15 points in just a couple games. I'm 6'3'' 230 pounds and love to play clean, but physical lacrosse. I dodge effectively both ways and am comfortable putting the ball wherever I want from the outside even with pressure on my hands. I am a multi-sport athlete. I played Varsity basketball my sophomore year and started 2/3 of the season. I was MVP of the Frosh basketball team and a two time Scholar Athlete Award winner for basketball both Freshman and Sophomore Year. This season I played varsity football and started both ways. I like be as versatile as I can be as a person. Junior year, I earned a 4.67 (weighted) GPA and took AP U.S History (over the summer at Santa Rosa JC), AP Calculus AB, AP English 11, AP Psychology, and Spanish 3 Honors. I am a member of Casa Grande's Chess Club, National Honors Society, Fantasy Sports Club, and Asian American Culture Club. I have volunteered for my local police station, COTS Homeless shelter, Petaluma Youth Lacrosse, Blue Star Moms and the Petaluma People Services Center. In addition, I have worked as a referee for youth lacrosse. As much as I relish encouraging younger kids to love the sport of lacrosse, I hate nothing more in this world than losing and have a strong work ethic so I can limit losing as much as possible.
