I coach Colin in club. Colin is a stellar athlete, 3 sport athlete. Colin is a do it all defenseman. He excels at the long stick midfield position, but can also faceoff and play close defense. He has a very good stick and is excellent between the lines, playing defense and pushing the ball in transition. He has a knack for knowing where the ball needs to go in transition. Defensively, he has good angles and footwork. He has the ability to throw effective checks and applies relentless pressure, while on the ball. He has the intangibles and ability to play at a high level, at the next level. His versatility and drive will be an asset at the next level.
