Speth brings a wealth of experience to the AU program having served as the US Lacrosse National WI/IL National Team Coach, the Coach and Club Coordinator of the 2013 US Lacrosse U15 Central Champions and the head coach at numerous local Illinois high school programs.

She was the starting goalie for the University of Massachusetts from 2007-2009 before moving on to play her final seasons at DePaul University. At DePaul she was a starting defender/draw specialist and team captain from 2009 through 2011.

As a prep, Speth was All American Honorable Mention, First Team All State, Goalie of the Year at Evanston Township High School.
