He is unflappable, understands where to be off-ball, and will do whatever his coach needs. He's a consummate team player, is effective box-to-box and possesses an abundance of humility. Most importantly, he has a high lax IQ and will do whatever is necessary to help his TEAM win.

Coleman in a complete player possessing an elevated IQ and an equal willingness to score the important goal or do the dirty work to maintain a possession. Sees the game with a more critical eye than many of his peers.
