Damian has been coaching lacrosse in NC for 12 years. Starting as an assistant coach at Broughton before taking over the program for 8 years. He has coached with travel programs TSL (now Team91) and Fever. Originally from Maryland, Damian played multiple sports in high school before deciding on playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. He played four years of lacrosse at Loyola University MD and was named captain his senior year. For the last 3 years Damian has focused on covering the Triangle's high school lacrosse scene and training individuals and groups on lacrosse's fundamentals and mechanics. Damian strives to create an inclusive and up-beat environment with a focus on progress over perfection.
