Thomas joins the Clark University men's lacrosse coaching staff as an assistant coach for the 2019 season.

Most recently, Thomas spent three years in the United Kingdom where he served as the head men's lacrosse coach from 2016-2018 at Cardiff University (Wales, UK). In this role he was responsible for planning and executing inclusive practice sessions for a team of 30 players. He implemented NCAA film sessions to illustrate high quality team tactics as well as individual skills to develop his players.

From 2014-2015 Thomas served as the Shrewsbury high school assistant varsity coach. In this role he concentrated on coaching the defensive players, developing their cohesive mindset, and implemented defensive strategies during games.

After graduating from the University of Southern Maine in 2013 Thomas joined the Huskies coaching staff as an assistant men's lacrosse coach. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies.
