Coach McKinnon has been coaching lacrosse for over a decade.

Coach McKinnon has been coaching lacrosse for over a decade. He began coaching the women's game in 2009 as the Head Coach for Ann Arbor Skyline's Varsity program. While building the new program at Skyline, the team compiled 53 wins and 24 losses during his tenure. In 2013 Coach McKinnon accepted an offer from the UofM "B" Club team as their head coach. Following a great season with the "B" team, he was given the chance to work with the inaugural UofM Women's Varsity team as a Volunteer Assistant Coach. A few months into the varsity season, he was contacted to coach the historically successful women's "A" club team here at the UofM. He joined our team in the Fall of 2013 and is looking forward to a great second season! Coach is married to Kate McKinnon and they are long time Ann Arbor residents. Off the field, Coach McKinnon is a teacher and also works with the UM Challenge program as a lead facilitator. During his free time Coach loves reading and going on adventures with Kate and their mastiff "Pearl". Feel free to contact him anytime with questions.
