Lacrosse has been my favorite sport since I started playing in 3rd grade. I have always played midfield, taking faceoffs, and playing both sides of the field. Most recently, as a junior, I was the 2nd leading goal scorer on my high school varsity team. Although my focus this season has been as an offensive middie, I have had many roles from playing varsity defensive middie my sophomore year, to man-up and man-down. I am very comfortable taking outside shots, dodging, going to my left, and finishing inside. This season I also earned Second Team All-Conference and First Team Academic All-State. As an AP Scholar, academics is my first priority. I am taking multiple AP classes and plan to study Physics in college. I have consistently been on the Academics Athletic Honor Role and am on track to graduate with an AP Capstone Diploma. In my free time, I like to work out, hang out with friends, and anything outdoors. This spring, I volunteered as an Outdoor Lab Leader where I taught and supervised a group of 6th grade students in an outdoor, academic setting over four days and three nights.
