I started playing lacrosse in the 4th grade. Throughout my youth, I dominated my local competition. In middle school, I was the team captain my 7th and 8th grade year. I feel what has enabled me to be a effective defender is my ability to time and throw hard checks while keeping good body position. On the Varsity Lacrosse team, I am a starting close defender, primarily guarding the other teams lefties. I am a very hard worker, constantly trying to improve on my game. In addition to lacrosse, I play defensive end/linebacker and offensive guard on the Football team where I am a starter. Academically, I am taking 4 AP classes this coming year(Calc AB, History, Physics 1, and Comp Sci) as a Junior. I currently have an unweighted 4.0 GPA. I volunteer occasionally at a local Veterans home with my free time.
